The Norton Rose Fulbright GP Challenge
It’s a fast-moving world – but nowhere more so than for Grand Prix teams. And in the constantly changing industry of Grand Prix racing, it’s good to have a partner – a team who move at the same pace, who can help you analyse the risks ahead. That’s why Norton Rose Fulbright and McLaren Honda formed a corporate partnership in January 2014.
But what makes us such a great pairing?
The GP Challenge is now closed and we are reviewing submissions. Good luck to all the teams who entered and we will announce our finalists soon.
The Final will be held at Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office on 23 February 2018 – so please make sure that everyone in your team is free on that day before you apply. The main event will be a legal challenge, where your team will have to get your heads around a legal case and then present your advice back to a ‘client’. You’ll have a mentor to help you with the finer points. Norton Rose Fulbright will contact finalists in early February, so make sure you include your contact details in your entry. In the event that we do not have full and correct contact details for each team member, or we are unable to contact you in relation to your entry, you may be automatically disqualified.
The Final will be judged, independently, by a panel of representatives from Norton Rose Fulbright and McLaren Honda.
Each member of the team that comes out on top will win a work experience placement at Norton Rose Fulbright, and each member of the top three teams will win a trip to the McLaren Honda Technology Centre. The most sporting team on the day will even win McLaren merchandise. One team, drawn at random from all entries submitted, will win an Amazon voucher totalling £100.
So, in short, our prizes will give you first-hand experience of life at our practice, and an insight into the work of our clients. And it will hopefully be the first step towards a great, and lasting, partnership with us.
