The quality of our work is just one part of what distinguishes our firm. It’s also our culture: we’re a network of individuals, a real mix of interests and backgrounds, where each new colleague adds their own distinctive mark. In short, you’ll be celebrated here for exactly who you are and what you bring to us.

Our cultural networks
One of the most vital things about our networks? You don’t have to be part of a social group to support it. We even have ally groups with their own committees, making sure colleagues know they have everyone’s support.
If you’re not a member of a group but you want to support it, then you can. If you want to be an ally, an advocate for change, then you can. I signed up to Pride as an ally and now I’m part of the Pride Allies committee which launched this year.”
DOMINICA COLE - FIRST-SEAT TRAINEE
When there are such active allies, you know you’ve got your colleagues’ support. People wear lanyards and have LGBT support placards on their doors. It’s nice to see those shows of solidarity; it’s like a little confidence boost when you least expect it.”

Promoting health and wellbeing
Promoting health doesn’t stop with offering doctor’s appointments. We promote wellbeing across the firm in four key ways. With events and expert talks across all four streams, we’ve recently offered:
I was part of the London beach rugby tournament outside our offices last year. They put a giant sand pit on Potters Fields and lots of corporate teams played, both from other law firms and from businesses in other industries. Being next to the office, we had colleagues show up to cheer us on.”
